No Recovery Girl AU?

So basically the same world just no recovery girl and/or her quirk isn't as powerful so Deku gets addicted to opioids after breaking his arm and legs the first time. He keeps finding new ways and reasons to "accidentally" break his bones and get more opioids. It's then up to 1-A and/or Bakugo and/or Todoroki to help.

+i'm a sucker for bakudeku or tododeku but also poly/gen 1-A is good
++extra kudos for a bakugo so torn up because he used to burn/hurt deku and omg did he cause this? did he influence this somehow?
+++please i love angst with happy endings
