Endeavor/Enji has made it very clear over the years relationships are a useless distraction to being the best. Another argument between he and Shouto concerning his increasing time spent with 'friends' rather than using every moment at UA to become a better fighter.... leads to some quality Teenage Rebellion (tm).

If relationships, especially romantic ones, piss his old man off so much Todoroki decides he needs to start one RIGHT NOW. With Someone that will drive his old man INSANE...

Enter Shinsou Hitoshi:
- General Education student
- No famous hero relatives or clout
- Middle or lower class
- A quirk that isn't flashy,'weak', villainous (hah)
- Resting bitch face
- Still seems to have a better understanding of what 'hero' means than many
- His father knows who he is from the tournament

Show me the disaster that are these two social rejects revelling in each others little Rebellions. Feels happen. Reveals happen. More feels happen? Oh no? Endeavor takes the afront to far? Classmates? Training? Villains? OH MY!!!

(Yes I know there is a No Quirks College AU on Archive with this basic trope but that is not what I want. In universe disaster teenagers accidentally finding companionship, disaster, and maybe love?)
