While attending UA another student becomes obsessed with the quirkless Toshinori. One night he abducts Toshinori, holding him hostage and raping him. He tracks down a mercenary with a fertility quirk, hiring him/her to use their quirk to make Toshinori pregnant with his baby. Almost a year after being kidnapped Toshinori finally escapes. Terrified he goes to Recovery Girl, who confirms that he is third trimester pregnant. He gives the baby up for adoption to hide him. Fourteen years later he looks into his son's eyes. Taking all his strength to break both their hearts. To tell his son, his dream is impossible.
