I left the name out of the subject line because I want to leave that up to the filler.
Basically Izuku is the son of some top hero but only Inko knows, but tells everyone that her late husband could breath fire. That works out well until three things happen.
1. Inko dies some way (villain attack, hit by a car or slips in the shower and hits her head)
2. Izuku gets his quirk after the death of Inko.
3. Mitsuki whom is godmother is going though paper work and find a letter Inko did not send to tell said father about his son.

Shishikura/Bakugou - hateship

Either Shishikura keeps being allowed to observe the supplementary lessons group or in a scenario where Shiketsu and U.A. do end up doing cooperative exercises, and he and Bakugou keep getting chances to butt heads. And then something else. Every interaction is a struggle for dominance. Shishikura hates how rude and uncouth Bakugou is and Bakugou hates Shishikura ordering him around with his holier-than-thou attitude. At the same time, they both get excited by riling each other up so they keep doing it.

I'm just super into this because a lot of people in-universe saw the potential for Bakugou to be a villain and Shishikura was also once scolded by his teacher for sounding like Stain.

The rumors were true. Endeavor knew they were, but as much as he absolutely hated to admit it, that loudmouth idiotic Hawks was right; they couldn’t cause a stir over wild theories and half-baked ideas that monsters were roaming the streets.

The people would panic. And a panicked city would be ripe for the League of Villains to attack…or worse, recruit.

That’s not how All Might would handle the situation and it sure as Hell wasn’t going to be how the newly crowned Number One Hero would go about it either.

But laying low was…dull. Even now.

But that’s the world Hawks wanted to live in, wasn’t it? For heroes to never be on high alert. For people like Endeavor to come home and, what did that winged young man say? Have “a cold one”.

Endeavor frowns. It’s a nice thought, if not a little (a lot) naive, but it would never truly be like that.

The last have weeks have been anything but a whirl wind of action and destruction.

He was now the Number One Hero.

All Might was …gone.

“Retired” was the word the news used.

Bullshit.

All Might was dead as far as he was concerned. He saw it with his own two eyes after all. All that remained of the Symbol of Peace was a half dead skeleton who taught at U.A. now.

It left a bitter taste in his mouth.


“Whoa,” came a sudden new voice from within his office, “I feel like I’m wasting a fortune just standing here.”

Flames sputters weakly around the Number One’s body as he looks down to at his side at his new ‘guest’.

When he realizes that not only had he been snuck up on, and that his security team had failed to give him any warning of a new comer (what the fuck was he paying them for) AND that it was Hawks of all people, Endeavor was not pleased.

The fires around his body erupt in a flash of heat and light as he rounds to face the second ranking Pro.

“How the HELL did you get in here!?”

Hawks’ grin is both sly and boyish. It fits his cool, young face, and because he doesn’t look too worried to be yelled at by Endeavor of all people, it further enrages the Flame Hero.

The much larger hero hates the cockiness.

Hawks’ pays no mind to the flames that seem to be trying to reach him, trying to singe the fur of his jacket or the tips of his feathers, as he carefully edges his way around him, hands up in a lazy defense.

Hawk’s gloved hand points to the impossibly tall glass wall of Endeavor’s office.

It rages Endeavor even more that Hawks just slipped in with the breeze while he was in deep thought.

The arrogance of him was something else.

Endeavor opens his mouth to shout something else but grits his teeth instead when Hawks pulls out a simple folded over piece of paper from his jacket and offers it to him. It’s his only shield from getting a fist full of hell fire smashed into his face for technically breaking and entering into the Number One Hero’s private quarters.

“Funny thing,” Hawks starts, trying to sound cool under so much heat, “if you have wings in his business, you kinda get stuck with playing messenger boy.”

The small piece of paper is almost scorched to a crisp, but when Endeavor’s large hand swipes for it, he’s mindful to pull back the fire around his arms.
Still frowning, he unfolds the note, glares at Hawks for another moment, and then turns his broad back to the young man. He mutters something to himself and walks over to sit behind his massive hand carved desk.

He pays Hawks no mind as he begins to read and ignores how the other man flutters himself up off the ground and hoovers to sit at the edge of the desk at Endeavor’s side.

Hawks’ wings flex and he begins to tap his fingers on the desk’s fine velvet top.

“MUST you be so noisy. I’m trying to read.”

A thin eyebrow shoots up. Hawks’ just can’t help himself when it came to teasing the older man. Endeavor just made it so easy for him.

“The note has three sentences. How long can it take you?”

Endeavor growls.

“I’m digesting the information, brat.”

“Ah. Digest away.”

Hawks’ wings tilt him up and he uses them to bounce off the desk.

In the silence of the large room, he takes flight and makes his way to the walls. His shadow glides across the surfaces of hundreds of leather bound expensive books, framed pieces of genuine fine art that must have cost millions, and awards upon awards that were all priceless and that are were all dedicated to Endeavor in fine gold plaques and trophies.

There are so many canid photos of the Pro Hero shaking hands with some pretty famous and powerful people. Hawks also notices that All Might, who he had never been too big of a fan of, is in a lot of the photos as well.

Hawks wants to ask about them. Hawks honestly wants to ask a lot about Endeavor.

While in midair, the young hero takes a peek over his shoulder, and look down at the Flame Hero, who now sat in his leather chair with his arms crossed, head bowed in thought, the note nothing but ash on top the desk in a neat little pile.

From here, or honestly any other angle, Hawks thinks Endeavor is beautiful. In a Greek God sort of way. Beautiful and perfect physically. The man’s face is chiseled and has one of the strongest jawlines Hawks has ever seen.

The fires that envelop him are also a thing to marvel at. Not just because they are what make up Endeavor’s powerful quirk, but watching the living flames lick at the man’s skin-tight costume is comforting. They bring punishment to villains and low life’s but are also warm and bright for citizens to look upon whenever he is near.

Hawks really does think Endeavor should have been the number one hero instead of All Might. As he looks down at him now, he’s glad he now rightfully has the Number One title, as he rightful should always have had.

“Do you agree or not, punk?”

Shit.

Hawks’ mighty wings flap once, a powerful gust of wind pushes him away from the treasures on the walls endless shelves and he lands soundlessly back onto Endeavor’s desk.

“Hmm? Do I agree with what? Sorry, I was somewhere else.”

Endeavor’s grimace is so fierce, his gums show. The flames around his shoulders flare up and die down.

“The suggestion of a chemical outbreak. A Nomu copycat plague. That’s probably one of the most far-fetched theories we’ve heard yet. Do you think it holds any merit?”

The man’s hands intertwine their fingers together in front of him, like a real business man, as he shares his thoughts with Hawks.

Hawks’ wings flex again as he also thinks for a moment.

Something Endeavor had noticed while they had been working together for these past few weeks. He’s noticed whenever the kid thinks too hard about something, his eyes go up and his wing span flex in and out, like a visible breath.

Endeavor doesn’t know WHY he’s noticed, but he marks it in his brain whenever he sees Hawks do it.

His wings are rather magnificent to look at it…

The Flame Hero clears his throat, “Well?”

Hawks makes a face at him. “Hey, if you get time to think, so do I.”

“Hawks, your trying my patience.”

The winged hero shrugs and tilts himself like a parrot would on a branch.
“Do I think it holds any merit? No. Do I think it’s worth looking into? Also no.”

At this Endeavor’s flames go almost out, and his eyebrows (Hawks can see their natural red color with the fire so low around them) shoot up in mild surprise.

“You don’t think we should check it out AND you don’t think we should bother even looking into it…. then why in the holy HELL did you come here to give me that piece of information?”

Hawks’ eyes hood over as if he’s suddenly board.

Endeavor is quick to anger. The flames rise to new heights.

“Am I some sort of JOKE to you, Hawks? Huh?! You think my time is worthless? You think you can just FLY in here and- “

“Whoa, WHOA. Chill, man!”

“Don’t you EVER tell me to “chill,” and don’t you even call me “man”. I – “

Hawks is quick.

He’s always had been. It’s natural for him to spring into action, to hop from one place to the next like his namesake. To fly and zip in the air as if he was weightless. To strike just when and where he needed to.

It almost seems natural, even now, as he springs forward and covers Endeavor’s raging mouth with his own, to still Endeavor’s overflowing angry. To cool the volcanic violence the hero was known for, whispered about in the gossiping troves of others.

Its amazing Endeavor doesn’t just pick up Hawks, a man who weighs less than some of his work out equipment and throw him not just out the window, but through it.

“Not the smartest move you could have done.” Hawks thinks with a bit of dread.

Shit.

Kissing the Flame Hero is one thing. Kissing a married man with children is another.

To his luck (or mercy), Endeavor doesn’t explode in literal Hell Fire. He doesn’t do much besides break the kiss with a reel back of his head and a strong, hard glare.

Hawks is somehow breathless. Maybe from the sudden prick of panic. Maybe from the lack of oxygen that Endeavor’s flames greedily eat up.


There’s that cocky grin again.

Endeavor snarls.

He grabs Hawks by his shoulder, frail in his strong, large hands, and lifts him up, only to slam him down on his back on top his desk.

The wings of the hero are strong, but at the same time, they are brittle, just like a real bird’s wings. He hisses out when his whole weight is smashed on top of them, the hollow bones protesting in pain.

“Punk kids don’t know when to stop when they’re ahead.” Endeavor mutters more to himself than lecturing Hawks.

The desk is solid red oak. If it was anything besides a sturdy block of wood, it would have broken once all of the Flame Hero’s weight was on it.

Hawks’ mouth goes utterly dry when Endeavor mounts him. The man is monstrous above him. He’s always been a mountain of man. He’s always been lean muscle and pure strength, but THIS close, his almost inhuman.

Hawks can’t even wrap his mind around the fact that All Might was the BIGGER of the two. It doesn’t seem possible, and yet, here he was- between the Number One’s thick thighs, pinned down on his desk.

In their current position, Hawks teasingly tries to open his own legs a little, to be inviting of Endeavor’s bulk, to signal (if it wasn’t painfully obvious already) to, well, get things started.

How long had he been lying there, with the fires of other man just burning away in a never-ending loop. Was it an entirety? It felt it, since

Endeavor snorts unkindly at Hawk’s halfhearted invitation.

“Please.” He says, rolling his eyes. “If I was to fuck -you-, with -this-,” he elegantly points to his massive erection (Jesus, when did that spring up?) that pressed against the tight fabric of his body suite, “I would kill you.”

The Flame Hero finishes himself off himself and he’s fine with the result.

Hawks dizzily gets up on his elbows, his wings dragging behind him.

Endeavor pulls his costume back up over himself, his limp and spent dick is tucked back in properly, and he zips himself back into place. His hand moves through his hair, slicking it back and he shakes off his own after-climax drowsiness.

He clears his throat.

“You going back on patrol?” he asks, his voice deep but soft.

“Are you going to go grab a cold one?”

“No.”

“Then yes. Until the day our answers are switched.”

Katsuki actually facing the consequences of his bullying of Izuku and getting genuine punishment

Bakugou - childhood trauma over quirk accident

Soon after Bakugou gets his quirk, it ends up getting out of his control and badly injuring Izuku when he didn't mean for it too. The exact circumstances aren't important, but the end result is that Bakugou hurt Izuku when he did not mean to, and he is deeply traumatized by the event.

Bonuses/Random other ideas:
+ Bakugou has trouble using his quirk after the event, being scared of it getting out of his control again. Perhaps he comes up with coping mechanisms as he grows up, but they aren't very healthy.
+ Bakugou is no longer praised for his powerful quirk, instead being treated like a dangerous weapon that could go off without warning by the teachers/other parents/kids.
++ His school gets him quirk counseling, but take him out of it as soon as its clear he won't accidentally cause property damage, so he still has some lingering issues about using his quirk to it's full potential and/or anywhere near people.
+ Bakugou and Izuku have a less hostile but still very strained and complicated relationship; Izuku doesn't really blame Bakugou, but Bakugou can't be around Izuku without being reminded of the accident.

Katsuki parents die and he grows up with the Midoriyas

Yeah I've seen a few fictions where Izuku's mom dies and he's adopted by the Bakugous, what I want is the reverse. Basically, both of Katsuki's parents die at the same time (could be car accident or something similar) while he is still very young, like before he got his quirk or shortly after, and is adopted by Inko who was friends with his family. How much this affects his anr Izuku's personality is up to the author, but I want him to be very protective of Izuku and supportive even if he doesn't always agree with Izuku.
Also the Bakugous could have made Inko Katsuki's god mother when he was born so that's why he goes to stay with her and Izuku.
Any ships here are up to the author too.

Izuku and his mom are in witness protection

Uhm, basically Izuku's dad is the head of a huge villain group and Inko helped the police and heroes take it down with information. Problem is they couldn't get Hisashi and his close associates, they escaped before the raid and the heroes know that if he finds Inko and Izuku, he'll kill them for betraying him.
This happened when Izuku was like 4 after he got his quirk and Inko realized that Hisashi wanted to train him to be the next head of the group. And so she betrayed him to protect Izuku from becoming a villain.
So they are placed in the witness protection program under different names in Musutafu.
Both Izuku and his mom are registered as quirkless in the program to protect them. And because of that Izuku grew up knowing that no matter how much he wants to, he can never be a hero because that will lead his dad right to him and his mother. Also, he tries to avoid villains and heroes fights as much as possible to avoid being recognized. Despite that he still trains with his quirk in secret in case his father is caught and he can be a hero. Also because he isn't trying to be a hero, him and Katsuki are actually friends.
Whether the whole sludge incident happens or not and whether Izuku gets OFA is up to the author, if it did happen though I want there to be serious repercussions.

What would you want Izuku's quirk to be in that case? Some variation of pyromancy because Hisashi has fire breath, or would you want that to be part of their cover and their quirks to be something else?
