After realizing she’s not really any use as a source of information, the villains decide she can be used as a tool to destroy the morale of the up-and-coming heroes. And so, she’s left to Toga’s devices. What happens, exactly?
That’s easy! Toga sets up a camera and violently rapes Ochako while disguised as Deku.
Whether or not all of Class 1-A/the pros/etc receives the film is up to you, but I’d at least like our poor broccoli boy to be made to see someone wearing his skin while raping his best friend. If Ochako is eventually rescued, some H/C and recovery with her trying so desperately to look Izuku in the eye or hear his voice without wanting to scream would be a huge plus. I’m completely neutral on (actual, non-Toga related) Izuocha, so if you wanna include that, go ahead!
+ Toga verbally humiliates Ochako with Deku’s cheerful voice, calling her a slut/cocksleeve/etc.
++ If returned, Ochako is her normal smiley self, desperately hiding the fact that she’s extremely traumatized to not trouble her classmates.
+++ For the second part: someone who isn’t Izuku sees right through that bullshit, having been a sexual assault victim themselves (it could be anyone you want here, though an unexpected classmate would be cool), and are a pillar of support for her throughout the recovery.
The sex can be as brutal as you want (the more painful, the better! I’m sorry Ochako I swear you’re still my best girl), but please no permanent disabling such as amputation, paralyzing, etc.
